The tents are made of Sunbrella®. This material is used for commercial awnings and outdoor furniture and has prooven to hold up to the elements. We use it instead of canvas because it is a lighter weight material, won't shrink, which is important for fit, is water resistant and mildew resistant. The 8ft long x 9.5ft wide x 7ft high tents are made exclusively for M.S.E. Welding & Fabrication by Sam's Custom Upholstery here in Fallon, Nevada.

The large, full front door has a full length zipper that is overlapped, when closed, by extra reinforced material and can be latched with nylon buckle straps to prevent wind and rain from seeping in.

The door can be pulled back and latched with nylon buckle straps to provide a full front opening for those hot days.

A large full front bug screen also has a full length zipper and can be rolled back out of the way and tied.

The tents have a large triangle window that is screened. Great ventilation is provided when door and window are open on hot, summer days.

Brass eyelets are sewn in and reinforced on the entire length of the tent on both sides so elastic cords (included) can tiedown the tent to the trailer in case of a huge windstorm.
